Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate-Rasberry Fudge Cake

80 grams Frozen Red Raspberries
16 grams Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Wilhelm Reuss
33600 grams Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
1 packets Sweetener Calorie-Free

Recipe Directions for Chocolate-Rasberry Fudge Cake

  1. Melt your coconut butter, then add the raspberries (I like to use frozen/thawed berries and melt them a little too) and other ingredients.

  2. Mash until it?s completely smooth, like chocolate butter. (If you wish, you can use a blender, but I never do. I just put it all in a cup and mash with a spoon).

  3. Use as butter,

  4. or fridge/freeze: Spread into a container (or onto wax paper). Refrigerate overnight, or freeze for a few hours. The cake will keep in the freezer for weeks. Just be sure to thaw at least 20 minutes prior to eating.

  5. Sweetener Notes: Add no-calorie sweetener equal to 20-30g sugar.
