215 g unsweetened applesauce
15 g Splenda granulated sugar
1 egg white
2 g Bailey's Irish Cream
35 g whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
58 g quick oats
19.29 g splet bran
59 g bear naked vanilla almond crunch
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
51 g pure mini semisweet chocolate chips
43 g Thompson raisins

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Raisin Spelt Oatmeal Cookie

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a large bowl, blend together the apple sauce and Splenda. Beat in the egg white, then stir in the vanilla or Bailey's.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients, spices and baking soda. Stir into the sugar mixture.

  4. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets.

  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 1 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
