Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Muffins

8 oz Organic Coconut Flour
1 serving sun warrior
1 serving sun warrior
2.25 tsp Baking Powder
1 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
15 oz Pumpkin
2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1/2 medium Avocado
4 tbsp Cacao Powder
6 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Muffins

Mix wets, mix dry, combine. I use a tin with 8 mini loaves. You could use a muffin tin as well. Or a bread pan. Bake at 350 about 1 hr. Varies, so check at 30m.
