Recipe Ingredients for chocolate pumpkin cupcakes

18 1/4 oz chocolate cake mix
2 c pumpkin
1 lb strawberries
1/2 c sugar

Recipe Directions for chocolate pumpkin cupcakes

  1. Combine cake mix and pumpkin until smooth, separate into cupcake pan and bake at 350 until toothpick comes out clean (approx. 30 mins)

  2. Slice strawberries, and combine in a bowl with sugar. Leave in refrigerator until syrup forms (approx. 30 mins).

  3. Serve cupcakes with strawberries over top, like strawberry shortcake.
