Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Pudding

1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 cups milk, non fat
1 1/2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Pudding

  1. Stir together sugar and cornstarch in pan.

  2. Add milk and until well blended.

  3. Add chocolate.

  4. Boil for 7 minutes stirring constantly.

  5. Add mixture to egg (lightly beaten) and stir. Put mixture back into pan.

  6. Cook for 30 seconds more, until thick.

  7. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
