Fantastic rich tasting chocolate pudding no dairy, no eggs!

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Pudding ~ The Best

2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup sugar
3 T. corn starch
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 t. vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Pudding ~ The Best

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a sauce pan and slowly add the almond milk stirring constantly. Heat over medium heat until mixture begins to thicken and then boils stirring all the time.

  2. Turn heat down and cook for about 3-5 minutes more and add the vanilla.

  3. Pour into 4 ramekins and chill. Serve cold.

  4. * For even richer pudding add 4 squares of bittersweet dark chocolate while pudding is cooking.
