With antioxidant and vitamin rich berries, dark green leaves full of iron and minerals and a lovely chocolate flavoured protein powder to keep you satiated and repair muscle damage. (I used 1/2 tsp xanthan gum to thicken as i like to eat mine with a spoon as more of a pudding. ALSO, i used plain probiotic yoghurt not plain low fat yoghurt but CC wouldn't let me put that as the ingredient, THEREFORE i doubled the quantity to reflect the true calorie count, i actually used 1/4 cup)

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Protein Shake

1/3 banana
50 g whey powder
80 g berries
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Protein Shake

Combine all ingredients and blend with hand processor or food processor.
