Recipe Directions for Chocolate Protein Pancakes

  1. Blend together in blender

  2. 4 egg whites

  3. 1 scoop of whey protein

  4. 1/2 cup rolled oats

  5. 4 tablespoons splenda or other sweetener

  6. 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour ( I used weisnberger)

  7. 1/8 teaspoon baking powder

  8. 2 tablespoons apple sauce

  9. 1 teaspoon chocolate powder

  10. Blend untill pancake batter consistancy

  11. Makes 2 servings...

  12. Add razberries or strawberries for extra yummyness ..
