Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Protein Muffins

156 grams oat flour
2 serving Vega Performance protein
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
126 grams egg whites
1/2 cup water
1 cup blueberries
1 tbsp vanilla
3 tbsp cocoa powder
120 g non fat greek yogourt

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Protein Muffins

  1. mix all dry & wet ingredients in a seperate bowl.

  2. Once both bowls are mixed well, take the wet ingredients and slowly mix them into the dry ingredients.

  3. Mix well

  4. Spray 12 muffin tray with Pam or use silicone tray

  5. pour ingredients evenly into each muffin

  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes(if using mini muffin tray bake for 10 to 20mins & watch as they can overcook easily and get really dry)
