just playing around here. Use at your own risk until I declare it done.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate protein bar

4 cups Oats
1/2 cup whey protein
1/2 cup ground flax
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup raw almonds, slivered
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
5 T cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup xylitol
1/4 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Chocolate protein bar

  1. melt butter, sugar, xylitol and cocoa and whey in a medium large pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  2. Scrape out onto greased pan and cool. Cut into 20 even pieces and store in the fridge.
