Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Peanutbutter tofu mousse

12 ounces tofu
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp natural Peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Peanutbutter tofu mousse

  1. Blend Tofu in a blender or food processor for at lease 3 minutes, until creamy with low graininess.

  2. Mix in sugar, cocoa, and peanut butter.

  3. Blend until mixed.

  4. Pour into graham cracker crust or mold

  5. chill at least 30 minutes and enjoy.
