Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Peanut Nut Butter Protein Bars

12 ounces silken tofu, soft
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
128 grams Whey Protein, Chocolate
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/2 cups oats
1 cup peanuts, dry roasted
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Peanut Nut Butter Protein Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Coat a glass 13 X 9 pan with olive oil spray.

  2. Mix tofu, pb and honey in 1 bowl.

  3. Mix all other ingredients in a larger bowl.

  4. Add the wet to dry ingredients. Mix until combined. You may need to add a little water here to make it easier.

  5. Once combined, add the the prepared pan. Flatten out and bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Let cool then cut into 18 pieces.
