Experimental. Modified my original recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Peanut No-Bakes with Splenda

1 cup splenda sugar blend
8 tbsp smart balance light
1/2 cup Milk
3 tablespoons Cocoa
3 cups Quick Oats
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Peanut No-Bakes with Splenda

  1. Prep cookie area with wax paper for cooling.

  2. In Large bowl: 3 Cups Quick Oats, 1/2 Cup Peanut-Butter, 1 teaspoon Vanilla (Best to add the Vanilla just before pouring mixture in).

  3. In Large Pot: 2 Cups Sugar, 1/2 Cup Margarine, 1/2 Cup Milk, 3 Tablespoons Cocoa.

  4. Bring Pot to Boil, Start timer for 3 minutes, Stir constantly using wooden spoon, quickly remove from heat and pour in mixture stirring constantly. Quickly use wooden spoon to drop cookies onto wax paper. Let cool and enjoy!
