An easy breakfast on the go with a morning of protein packed into each one!

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

1 cup oats
120 g whey protein
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
2 egg whites
1 tbs Sugar Free Chocolate Flavor Syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl

  2. In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients well but do not add the water..

  3. Add dry mix to wet and mix as well as possible. The mix will be dry.

  4. Add the water little by little until a gooey batter forms.

  5. Pour mix into an 8X8 and spread with a moistened knife

  6. bake for 15 minutes at 325
