Soft homemade protein bars. Filling yet low cal

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate & peanut butter protein bars

2 scoop 100% Whey Gold Standard
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1 cup AllWhites
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter - with Salt (Creamy)

Recipe Directions for Chocolate & peanut butter protein bars

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix the egg whites and uncooked oatmeal. Add the remaining ingredients.

  3. Spray a nonstick cooking spray in an 8"x8" baking dish. Spread the mixture in an even layer, over the bottom of the dish. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the edge starts to pull away from the sides of the dish.
