2.5 serving LG Sciences: Lipotropic Protein - Chocolate
2 tbsp Organics Peanut Butter Crunchy
0.25 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 tbsp Molasses, Blackstrap
10 peanut Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl

  2. add about 3oz of water

  3. mix until dough like

  4. put into pam sprayed container

  5. leave in fridge for a few hours (until hard)

  6. remove cut and wrap

  7. store in fridge
