Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate peanut butter protein balls

1/3 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup Organic Yacon Syrup
35 g Vega Performance protein
2 tbs flax seed
2 tbs cocoa

Recipe Directions for Chocolate peanut butter protein balls

  1. grind flax seed before adding

  2. add all ingredients to food processor

  3. pulse until well mixed (will be a little dry)

  4. scoop out 1 tbs using measuring spoon

  5. press togethor between hands and roll into balls

  6. place in airtight container and store in fridge for chewier texture or on counter for softer texture (lasts for a few days stored in fridge)
