1 serving Old Fashioned Oats
1.5 Tbsp Flax Seed Whole Golden Roasted
1 serving Fat Free Skim Milk
0.5 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened, Processed
1 tbsp Peanut Butter

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

  1. Ingredients:

  2. serves 1

  3. 1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal

  4. 1 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds

  5. 1 c. almond milk

  6. 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder

  7. 1 tbsp. peanut butter

  8. 
Directions:

  9. Combine all ingredients except for peanut butter and let set in the refrigerator overnight. After refrigerating overnight, remove oats from fridge and stir in spoonful of peanut butter before eating.
