Okay, so it's not health food, and it's not exactly a weight-loss helper. It is rich, delicious, and a fitting sacrifice to keep the Sweet Tooth Binge Monster placated. One slice, a vigorous half an hour on the bicycle, call it even. This recipe is from the Kraft food & family magazine, winter 2007, p. 60.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie

3/4 c hot fudge, divided
6 ounce Graham Pie Crust
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 c skim milk, cold
64 g sugar free Jello-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling , (two four-serving packages)
8 ounce tub Cool Whip Sugar-Free Whipped Topping , thawed, divided

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie

  1. Spoon 1/2 C of the fudge topping onto the bottom of the crust. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix peanut butter and milk with wire whisk in large bowl until well-blended. Add dry pudding mixes, beat 2 minutes or until well-blended (mixture will be thick). Gently stir in half of the whipped topping. Gently spoon over chocolate layer. Top with remaining whipped topping.

  3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 C of fudge topping just before serving. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
