Delicious meal smoothie. I use an all natural brown rice protein powder, and with the soy milk and the peanut butter the protein is about 20 grams per smoothie.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Banana Smoothie

1/2 banana
4 ice+cube+3/4+fl+oz ice cubes
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp Natural Unflavored Protein Powder
1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter Spread
1/2 tsp turbinado sugar

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
