1 medium banana Bananas
1 serving Pure Almond Almondmilk
1 scoop Chocolate Royale Shake Mix

  1. Add 1/2 frozen banana, 1-2 tbsp. peanut butter, one scoop slim fast, and

  2. however much milk on slim fast directions for one scoop. Blend in a blender.
