Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate PB High Protein Muffins

7 oz Pumpkin
2 serving crystal farms all whites
0.18 serving AdvantEdge Shakes
3 scoop Whey Protein
30 grams Quick Quaker Oats
1.5 serving Double Acting Baking Powder
0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
5 packet In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1 tbsp Crunchy Unsalted Peanut Butter

Recipe Directions for Chocolate PB High Protein Muffins

  1. Directions

  2. Pre-heat oven to 350.

  3. Spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Mix all wet ingredients together till fully blended into bowl.

  5. Slowly add in each dry ingredient, one at a time into wet mixture. **

  6. Place batter into muffin tins and sprinkle oats on top of batter.

  7. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, or till golden brown.

  8. ** Each protein powder is different in scoop size, therefore add the oats last till you reach a muffin batter consistency. Too many oats can make the muffins come out dry.
