Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Oatmeal No Bake Cookies

1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1.75 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp Regular Creamy
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
0.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Oatmeal No Bake Cookies

Combine 1 cup sugar, 4 Tbsp's 1% milk, 1tbsp cocoa and 1-3/4 Tbsp's unsalted butter. Bring to full boil over medium heat. Time for 2 minutes at full boil (no more, no less). Set off heat and add 3 Tbsp peanut butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Stir until peanut butter is melted. Then stir in 1 cup dry oatmeal. Place spoonfuls of mixture immediately on wax paper. Let cool. Makes 12 cookies.
