This is a cookie that is healthier than most other cookies. It is healthy because it has oats and nuts in it, which are good sources of carbohydrates and some proteins. You can also use semi-sweet chocolate like I did rather than regular chocolate. The negative side that is also high in sugar and is about forty percent fat. It should be eaten with other healthier foods and you should drink a lot of water. This cookie will also give you more energy and is a healthier alternative for desserts. Overall, for a cookie it is quite healthy, delicious, and easy to make.
