Perfect if you are like me but are the only one in the house willing to eat your low-fat, usually applesauce, bean-filled creations and you end up eating it all thereby counteracting your efforts. * Not yet tested. You can use pumpkin pure or whey protein powder as sub's for flour and applesauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Mug Cake - ONLY 2 Weight Watchers Points!

2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 packets splenda no calorie
1/8 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp egg beaters
1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Mug Cake - ONLY 2 Weight Watchers Points!

Mix dry ingredients together then add wet (last 2). Mix all ingredients together until concoction resembles chocolate cake batter. Place in a microwave safe mug, microwave on high for one minute. Remove from mug, either with spoon, or by simply tipping over and shaking.
