Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Muffins

2/3 cup baking cocoa
2 large eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 cup splenda no calorie
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/3 cup non fat milk
1/3 cup applesauce
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Muffins

  1. Cream eggs, splenda, milk, applesauce, and vanilla.

  2. Add remaining dry ingredients.

  3. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips if desired. These add about 40 calories per muffin.

  4. Spoon into muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray and bake 15-20 minutes at 400.
