Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Muffin

1/3 cup Egg Whites
3/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
2 tbs corn starch
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbs Stevia
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Muffin

  1. Mix dry

  2. Mix wet

  3. Combine dry and wet

  4. Spray muffin tin with non stick spray

  5. Bake 20 - 30 min at 350F*

  6. *Check with a toothpick around 20 min. Don't over-bake or they'll be too dry.
