Chewy, sinful little mounds of chocolaty goodness

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Mounds

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup light miracle whip
10 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Mounds

  1. Beat sugar, miracle whip until combined.

  2. In separate bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa, then add to sugar mixture.

  3. Gradually add eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and combine gradually until well mixed.

  4. Chill dough overnight. Roll into 1" balls then roll in icing sugar. Bake on parchment paper at 350 for 10-12 mins.

  5. Makes about 24 cookies.
