Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Mint Quinoa

3 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
4 1/2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 1/2 cups quinoa

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Mint Quinoa

  1. add water, 1 tbsp mint extract, and quinoa to a pan. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes covered.

  2. Once quinoa is cooked (no more water in pan) remove from heat, add cocoa powder and honey. Mix thoroughly and enjoy.
