Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Melting Puds

200 g dark chocolate
200 g butter
4 eggs
4 egg yolks
110 g sugar
60 g flour

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Melting Puds

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter

  2. Meanwhile using an electric mixer, whisk up the eggs and sugar like crazy until the mixture doubles in size

  3. add the flour to the egg mixture and then the chocolate

  4. fold it all in well but don't overdo it

  5. bake at 200C for 10 mintes or 12 minutes if chilled or 14 if frozen
