Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Malt-o-Meal

1 cup water
3 tbl Malt-o-meal, Plain, Dry
1 tsp cocoa
2 tsps maple syrup
1 tbl Chia Seed
1/2 ounce 2% lactaid milk

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Malt-o-Meal

Bring water to a boil. Whisk in cereal, cocoa, and maple syrup. Boil and whisk constantly for 2 minutes, or until cereal is thickened. Cover and let stand five minutes. Add milk and chia seeds before serving.
