Yummy Chocolate-Coconut Macaroons

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Macarons

1/2 cup unsalted butter
6 tsp cocoa
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 cups sugar
1 cup coconut
3 cups oatmeal

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Macarons

  1. In med-large saucepan, melt butter with cocoa.

  2. Add milk and sugar. Bring to a gentle boil for about 2min.

  3. Add coconut and oatmeal. Mix well.

  4. Deposit small balls on wax paper (on baking sheet).

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
