1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 banana
1/2 cup egg whites

  1. Set your skillet on low.

  2. mash the banana.

  3. whisk egg white in a bowl.

  4. Add the banana and the rest of the ingredients.

  5. Whisk together until mixed well.

  6. Make two pancakes and cook for about a 1-2 minutes on each side. Make sure not to overcook.
