Flour-less chocolate-banana protein pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Lovers' Pancakes

1/2 banana
1/4 cup egg whites
1 tbsp flax seed
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Lovers' Pancakes

  1. Mash bananas.

  2. Add egg white and whip until doubles in size and nice and foamy.

  3. Add rest of dry ingredients and mix.

  4. Scoop batter onto a non-stick pan (perhaps sprayed with a small amount of pam or olive oil) and spread out with spatula (should be quite thick).

  5. Cook until the top looks like it is congealing and then flip!
