They are cake-like little bites. Great with some vanilla icecream or coffee.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate and Guinness Brownie Bites

5 eggs
1 cup sugar, superfine
10 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
5 ounces white chocolate, chopped
7 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups beer, Guinness

Recipe Directions for Chocolate and Guinness Brownie Bites

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Place liners in mini-muffin tins or spray with Pam.

  3. In an electric mixer, combine the eggs and sugar.

  4. Beat until light and fluffy.

  5. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the bittersweet chocolate, white chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth.

  6. Remove from heat and beat into the egg mixture.

  7. Sift the flour and cocoa together and beat into the chocolate mixture.

  8. Whisk in the Guinness.

  9. Pour into muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out almost clean.

  10. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
