4 ounces Baking Chocolate, Unsweetened, Squares
15 ounce Black Beans Canned
1 cups sugar
2 large bananas
1 cup oats (pulsed in food processor)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Fudge Brownies

  1. Microwave chocolate squares in a microwave-safe bowl at MEDIUM (50% power) 1 1/2 minutes, stirring at 30-second intervals until melted.

  2. Stir until smooth.

  3. Beat bananas and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

  4. Add black beans.

  5. Add melted chocolate, beating just until blended.

  6. Add oats, beating at low speed just until blended.

  7. Stir in vanilla and chocolate morsels.

  8. Spread batter into a greased and floured 13- x 9-inch pan.

  9. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into squares.
