1 tbsp flax seed
1 cup light soy milk
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup ice (no calorie sweetner of choice)

Recipe Directions for - Chocolate Flax Shake

  1. grind the flax seed to a fine powder

  2. mix all ingredients in a blender adding your favorite calorie free sweetner

  3. enjoy!
