Chocolate + coffee is one of my favorite flavor combos ? ever ? and these nutritious bites did not disappoint. YUM!

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Expresso Energy Balls

80 grams Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
15 grams Unsalted Cashews, Urtekram
10 grams Almonds
1 dash Salt, Table
3 grams Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Wilhelm Reuss

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Expresso Energy Balls

  1. Pulse all ingredients (+ 1/2 tbsp expresso powder - CC wouldn't add it...) in a food processor until the mixture begins to stick together.

  2. Roll into about 10-12 small balls for delicious one-bite treats (Alternatively shape into three 36g bars and you have a healthy energy bar to-go). Store in fridge.
