Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Cupcakes+PB frosting

12 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
4 1/5 cup Confectioners Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup 2% Milk
0.66 cup 2% Milk
4 oz Baking Chocolate Unsweetened Squares
1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 3/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
8 tbsp Salted Butter
3 large Egg, Whole
1.33 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Cupcakes+PB frosting

  1. Melt chocolate with water in a pan until smooth.

  2. Add .5 cup sugar to chocolate mixture, remove from heat and let cool.

  3. Cream margerine and 1.25 cup sugar.

  4. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla

  5. Mix flour, b. soda, and salt and slowly add, alternating with milk.

  6. FROSTING: Beat half of sugar with peanut butter.

  7. Add vanilla and majority of milk.

  8. Add the rest of the sugar

  9. Add more milk as needed for consistency.
