Simple and very quick fluffy chocolate cupcakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate cupcakes

0.75 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.25 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
125 grams Caster Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
80 grams Butter
1 oz Corn Flour
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Chocolate cupcakes

  1. Preheat over to 160C

  2. Sift dry ingredients together

  3. Make a well

  4. Add other ingredients, stir well

  5. Separate mixture into 12 hole muffin pan

  6. Back for 15 to 18 minutes
