Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Icing

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2 T. cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon canola oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup coffee
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons fat free milk

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Icing

  1. Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients. Combine the two slowly.

  2. Pour into 12 muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Let cool.

  3. Mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter, and butter and ice the cupcakes.
