Recipe Ingredients for chocolate cup cakes with chocolate glace icing

3 oz self raising flour
1 oz unsweetened cocoa
4 oz margarine
4 oz caster sugar
2 eggs
2 oz icing sugar
1 oz unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon skimmed milk

Recipe Directions for chocolate cup cakes with chocolate glace icing

  1. Cream the sugar and marg

  2. Add the eggs mix together, then add the flour and cocoa mix gradually once mixed well.

  3. Place cup cake papers in a yorkshire pudding pan, you will need 12 and divide mixture between them.

  4. Bake in middle of a preheated oven gas mark 5 for 15 minutes.

  5. Once cooked, place on a wire rack to cool.

  6. Prepare the icing and once cakes are cool ice each cake and allow icing to set before placing cakes in an air tight container.
