has dates, raw nuts, and rice krispies and a hint of mint. great for diabetics, vegans, raw vegans and everyone can enjoy them. use any type of nut you prefer in substitution

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate crunchy balls

2 cups pitted dates
1/3 cup almonds
1/3 cup walnuts
2/3 cups pecans
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
2 cups rice krispies cereal
1 tbsp dried mint leaves

Recipe Directions for Chocolate crunchy balls

  1. blend all ingredients except for rice krispies in a food processor.

  2. one blended almost fine (more of the oils should be released due to the nuts)

  3. put the mixture into a bowl, combine 1 cup rice krispies. then roll mixture into 66 balls (bite sized, large marble), then cover them in the rest of the rice krispies. place on a pan and put in the fridge to harden.

  4. no baking, little mess.
