Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Coffee Bread

1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup dry milk powder
2 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 1/5 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon bread machine yeast
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
2 cups coffee, brewed strong

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Coffee Bread

  1. Place all ingredients (except chocolate chips and mocha mix) in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

  2. Select Basic Bread cycle; press Start.

  3. If your machine has a Fruit setting, add the chocolate chips at the signal, or about 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished.
