Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Coconut Pumpkin Oats with Extra Banana

1/3 cup oats
1 sliced banana
1/2 tblsp cinnamon
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp unsweetened coconut
8 grams peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Coconut Pumpkin Oats with Extra Banana

  1. Combine 1/3 dry oats, 3/4 cup water, and 1/2 sliced banana in a pot.

  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. After cooking, turn off heat and add cinnamon, unsweetened cocoa powder, and pumpkin to the pot.

  4. Stir together and pour into a bowl.

  5. Add the coconut and the rest of the sliced banana on top.

  6. Then, spoon out the peanut butter and keep it on the spoon while eating. That way, you get a big pb taste in every bite.
