0.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
0.25 oz Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened

Recipe Directions for chocolate coconut bar

combine ingredients and mix with about 1/4 cup of water to very thick but congeal-able consistency put into small PAMed tupperware put into freezer once frozen cut into halves and wrap. store in fridge or freezer.
