Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chunk Protein Cookies

2 cups Oatmeal
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
5 scoops 100% Whey Protein Powder
1 1/2 cups Splenda Granular
10 Egg Whites
1/2 cup
1 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
3 tbs Imitation Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
6 oz Dark Chocolate

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chunk Protein Cookies

  1. Mix wet & Mix dry.

  2. Mix together.

  3. Tbs fulls onto a cookie sheet.

  4. Bake at 325 for 10 mins
