2 cups flour 1 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular 2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1/3 cup oil 1/4 cup milk 1 cup mashed ripe bananas 6 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, coarsely chopped 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

2 cups flour
1 cup SPLENDA
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1 cup bananas
1 1/2 oz Chocolate,semi-sweet, baking

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread w/Splenda

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Combine flour, SPLENDA® Granular, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat eggs, oil and milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in bananasl. Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Stir in chopped chocolate and walnuts.

  2. POUR into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  3. BAKE 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Cut into 18 slices to serve.
