Zucchini loaf with chocolate chips

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Chip-Zucchini Loaf

4 fl. oz Kraft Miracle Whip - Fat Free
1 serving PC Blue Menu Oméga-3 Egg
1.5 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1.5 cup Robin Hood All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 fl. oz Baker's Secret Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Chip-Zucchini Loaf

  1. Heat Oven to 350F

  2. Beat Egg and dressing in large bowl and whisk until well blended; Stir in Zucchini; Mix remaining ingredients in seperate bowl. Add to Zucchini mixture; Stir until moistened.

  3. Pour into 8x4 inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray

  4. Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; Remove from pan to wire rack; Cool completely
