These are very good scones. and sugar free.

Recipe Ingredients for chocolate chip scones

2 tbsp Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
2.25 cup Graham Flour
0.5 cup Pitted Dates
0.67 cup Pumpkin
1 large Egg, Whole
2 tsp Leavening Agents, Cream Of Tartar
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 dash Salt, Table
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for chocolate chip scones

  1. Making the chocolate: Melt the coconut oil in microwave for 10 sec. next stir in the cocoa powder and add stevia to taste (about 1.5 tsp)

  2. Pour onto a sheet of wax paper on a bakeing sheet or something flat. place in the freezer.

  3. Making the dough :Mix all ingredients (except coconut oil and cocoa powder) once the chocolate mixture hardens (about 5 min. or less) brake it apart into chip size and add to dough.

  4. Divide into two round balls and flatten. Next cut each into 6 equal scones.

  5. Lay onto a baking sheet and cook at 375 F for 12-14 min.
